Apart from comfortable clothing and personal usage items, you need to bring your medical investigation reports, present medications which you are taking (you may bring it in sufficient amounts, as it may not be available nearby for purchase). Things like torch with extra batteries etc may be of much use.

What care should I take for continue having the same benefits?

Our holistic treatment program takes into consideration all aspects of our being. All the treatment options are put together in a perfect combination to suit your constitution.

Diet:- your body is under a constant It is of utmost importance that you should take care of your diet exactly as the way it has been specifically recommended for you at least for suggested number of days. After which you may slowly start taking normal food with keeping natural diet element present in daily food menu. The food should have limited quantity of salts, sugar, spices & oil.

Lifestyle changes & treatments:- the doctor also prescribes appropriate lifestyle changes which enables you to lead a healthy life. Certain important & easy to follow type of treatments are prescribed to be continued at home.

During the nature cure treatment, Should I continue taking my present medications?

Yes, you certainly have to keep taking those medicines till you have specifically been advised by the doctor to either taper down the dose or to stop the medicine. As the body goes into total purification & rejuvenation by the treatments, it may happen that the dosage of medicines may differ than the present dosage.

Will the Nature cure diet suit me?

Diet is considered to be of utmost importance in naturopath treatment. We at Ananddham follow the diet pattern according to persons individual need. The diet plan is custom designed as per the person’s age, disease condition, season & digestive capacity. We always opt to get farm fresh organic fruits & vegetables as much as possible.

The healthy & tasty diet given during the period of treatment is not completely different from the one which you take at home. Care is taken that the food is wholesome & freshly prepared in hygienic condition under strict supervision.

Can I consume outside food?

No. outside food in any form is not allowed. Unprescribed eatables may disturb your diet pattern & may prohibit you from getting the desired effect of the treatments. Feel free to discuss any diet related query with the doctor.

Yes, you can help us in campus activities. Volunteering breeds positive feelings of goodwill and accomplishment, uplifting your spirit and increasing your self esteem and sense of wellness. We welcome your participation.

Guests or care taker may involve in all extra time activities available for patients. facilities like library, indoor games, T.V watching, Evening Prayer, The guests & care takers may take rejuvenating treatments by consulting doctor. Please contact therapy in charge for treatment scheduling.

Where should I complaint for maintenance related Problems?

If you have any complaint regarding Electricity/ Water/ Linen/ Cleaning etc. please contact Reception during office hours for registering your complaints.

You can buy many treatment utilities from Ananddham office like compress/packs, dry mud for mud packs, Trifala mixture for eye wash, bitter tonic tea, chemical free jiggery & other health foods.
